Position Description
There’s something satisfying about making a part that’s right. Not “close enough,” or “we’ll fix it later,” but right. If you’re the type of machinist who takes pride in tight tolerances, enjoys solving manufacturing challenges, and believes craftsmanship still matters, we’d like to talk.
At Systematic Manufacturing Inc. (SMI), we’re looking for experienced CNC machinists who care about quality as much as production. Whether your background is primarily in mills, lathes, or both, we’re interested in people who want to continue building their skills while producing precision components our customers depend on.
This isn’t a button-pushing position.
It’s an opportunity to work alongside people who appreciate good machining, support one another, and take pride in getting the job done right.
